CTCSF Residency

Students enrolled in "FLY" can expect to have a great time participating in theatre games and improvisation honing their theatrical skills.  Students will paint set pieces and create props and learn music and dance moves for a production at the end of the program - all the while learning some of life's most important lessons.  Come and "FLY" with us!

Last year we visited over 30 schools with this fantastic new production.

We look forward to winging our way to your schools this year.

and families of the Sioux Empire for the past five years, CTCSF is proud to bring you this new production in partnership with
The Sioux Empire United Way
and the South Dakota Arts Council's
Artists in Schools and Community
Residency Program.

 

 


The Children's Theatre Company of Sioux Falls is pleased to present  "FLY."  Developed in partnership with the Sioux Empire United Way, "FLY" uses drama, music and visual arts to explore all the ways your child is smart.  Academic pursuits can help a student learn to read and write but the "FLY" program is geared to help students stretch their emotional intelligence with arts experiences that challenge their ability to motivate themselves, make positive choices in the relationships with friends, be able to identify and control their emotions and have empathy for others.
